Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Cargo Bike

  Carefully disassemble the bicycle if necessary and pack it securely in the original manufacturer crate to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and schedule a freight pickup or drop off the package at an authorized sports equipment carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
